Ensure that sponsors are invited & invoiced.Provide an effective help desk facility to:• Reduce write offs• Provide airfare expertise & advice on land products• Assist with price beats & advertised fares• Promote Lowest Airfare Guarantee• Advise on Airline Failure Protections payouts to clients• Assist with emergencies on a weekend through PDM on callIncrease product knowledge through:• Effective in-store training• Empowering our consultants to resolve their own errors• Updating consultants on a regular basis regarding product updates• Procuring and managing educational trips• Attending supplier workshops• Compiling informative modules to be used in Airfare Expert sessionsCommunication• Attending monthly TL meetings, FTL meetings & Novice Breakfasts• Monthly meeting with area SWOT team• Encourage consultants to read the Daily News• Updates on rollouts & system updates ie Airfare Expert & new TUD release• Through an effective PDM intranet• Monthly PDM award at buzz nightReporting• Non preferred suppliers used on a monthly basis• Daily ticket reports sent to ALs• Assisting ALs with area specific air reporting• Incentive updates• Price beat reporting• Feedback from shop visits
