Provides security program leadership and oversight for IOPS locations; Collaborate and advise Raheen security management when needed;Represents Regeneron with interactions with local emergency response organizations;Perform monthly performance feedback meetings with direct reports;Manage multiple contracts to support security business operations;Establish and lead travel security programs and operations as needed;Advise senior leadership on travel or other security risks or events in a timely manner;Develop and deliver training and effective communications to enhance site security;Evaluates technology needs for security operations to include CCTV, access control, fire alarm and suppression control. Ensures programs are compliant with ADA and local, state fire codes;Identify gaps in physical security and systems and recommend solutions;Train and supervise activities, new employees, and contractors on Regeneron security policies;Review and approve monthly security reports, work with managers of controlled and restricted areas to maintain accurate and up to date access;Ensure compliance with quality SOP’s relating to security operations;Investigate and follow-up on all incidents that compromise the safety and security of the site;Conduct security audits and develop and implement corrective action plans for audit findings;Plan and coordinate security operations for special events;Develop security training programs for employees based on risk and need;Train contract security, new employees, and contractors on Regeneron security policiesConduct video investigations for process quality assurance and other manufacturing related activities;Partner with HR and management on security investigations;Respond to emergency situations

- Patrol designated areas of the County in car, by foot, or other means to preserve law and order, discover and prevent the commission of crimes, and enforce traffic and other laws and ordinances; protect real and personal property by providing security checks of residential, business, and public premises; maintain awareness of and remains alert for wanted suspects, known criminals, stolen vehicles, missing persons, traffic violators, and crimes in progress; issue warnings and citations.- Respond to calls for the protection of life and property, the enforcement of laws and ordinances, general public service calls, and complaints including those involving automobile accidents, traffic hazards, misdemeanor and felony incidents, domestic disturbances, property control, civil complaints, and related incidents; investigate complaints and takes appropriate action, which may include the use of deadly or non-deadly force; use sound judgment under adverse, stressful conditions.- Conduct investigations at scenes of incidents to which summoned or incidents observed; determine what, if any, crime has been committed; identify, collect, preserve, process, and book evidence; locate and interview victims and witnesses; identify and interrogate suspects.- Work in partnership with the District Attorney’s Office to obtain and file criminal complaints on arrested subjects.- Prepare and serve search and arrest warrants; apprehend and arrest offenders for crimes committed under federal, state, and local laws and codes; control and mitigate people under the influence of drugs or alcohol or other potentially hostile situations.- Serve as liaison and public relations officer to the public; establish and preserve good relationships with the general public; answer questions from the public concerning local and state laws, procedures, and activities of the department.

Shift Supervisor - Provide first line supervision to Patrol Officers; assign and delegate specific duties; evaluate performance, provide coaching, counseling, and correction; direct activities of personnel at crime scenes, incidents, and crashes; conduct inspections of police personnel and equipment; receive, document, and resolve minor complaints from citizens, officers, and co-workers; receive, review, correct, and classify incident reports; monitor police activity and recommend improvements; oversees and takes command at the scene of any major incidents; conduct performance and promotion evaluations and maintain necessary records; ensures proper handling and security of all police department evidence and property; ensures proper safety, treatment and transporting of all detained prisoners and officers.Field Training Officer - Responsible for the selection and training of Officers; review reports and conduct performance evaluations for officers in the Field Training Program.

- Operate sonar sensors for detection and classification of contacts;- Operate underwater fire control systems;- Identify sounds produced by surface ships, torpedoes, submarines, evasion devices, sonar transmissions, marine life and natural phenomena;- Analyze, interpret and report all acoustic data;- Identify the characteristics, functions and effects of controlled jamming and evasive devices on sonar operations;- Prepare and interpret sonar messages;- Maintain charts and plots;- Operate tape recorders, bathythermographs and fathometers, computer localization subsystems and data entry terminals;• Recognize major equipment malfunctions during sensor operations;- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sonar equipment and underwater fire control systems including use of general purpose test equipment;- Identify electronic components on schematics and tracing major signal flow;- Use hand tools and portable power tools;- Operate underwater communications equipment.
