In 2018, I was reassigned as a subject matter expert and currently manage several large, key strategic corporate accounts. I expertly guide teams in designing, recommending, and troubleshooting industrial specialty chemical water treatment programs for industry-leading clients across North America.I oversee five to seven large corporate water treatment programs simultaneously, focusing on power, steel, automotive, HPI, and CPI clients.

In 2014, I was promoted to lead 5 direct reports and provide direction for 500+ account representatives in the field, setting and executing strategic direction for commercial and associated support operations for the multimillion-dollar power industry vertical. I astutely allocated resources in support of the vertical’s growth and client retention objectives, facilitating quality customer service from sales to implementation. I also provided direction for R&D, marketing, and client support.

I was hired to lead the company’s commercial and technical support operations while managing the required resources to attract and retain corporate accounts within industrial accounts throughout North America.

During this time, I oversaw 35 direct reports in executing sales and service operations for a multimillion-dollar region covering six states. We successfully promoted water project sales to clients across diverse industries and oversaw the project lifecycle from planning to delivery.

I was hired to sell, program, and troubleshoot cardiac rhythm devices, including assisting physicians with implantations at St. Jude's Medical. I regularly met with physicians and hospital administrators to communicate device features and value, winning approval for the offering while supporting surgeons with implanting and troubleshooting.

During this time, I provided project leadership for a large sales campaign for an industry-leading power company, defining and implementing sales plans to increase district revenue more than 70% while controlling costs to enhance margin/profitability. My team earned “District of the Year” in 2002.

As Area Manager, I trained and led a high-performance sales team that won four nuclear power plants from the competition. I previously designed and implemented treatment programs for the power Industry while providing technical support for field teams.
