I led approximately 12,000 service members, Department of State personnel, and contractors through mentoring, training, and supervising them during peacetime, drills, and combat theatres. In addition, managing Patrol Bases (P.B.) and Forward Operating Bases (FOB) during Operations: Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom. I have experience in the following disciplines:1. Manpower Projections and Scheduling included determining the number of replacement personnel needed and conducting Casualty Evacuations (CASEVAC) and Medical Evacuations (MEDEVAC).4. Defense of both P.B. and FOB, along with developing patrol and evacuation routes in a kinetic environment.5. Post/Base Emergency Response included casualty collection, P.B. and FOB critical infrastructure repair, vehicle repair, hazardous waste disposal, resupply of essential items, and developing After Action Reports to facilitate the incident.
