OSHA/NSF/fire/insurance etc. Management of the building budget, share safety coordinator responsibilitys. On HACCP team. Insure that all compliance training is completed.

Manage refrigeration/boiler department including HVAC, chief water operator DSII state of mo. Two direct report supervisors and and 18 hourly employees in this department, two engine rooms and two systems. 30 screw compressors Frick/FES (400 hp up to 1250 hp) systems include +50 +28 +25 -10 -40 -45 and a -60. 7 spiral freezers and one INTEC, 5 blasts, plate and tube chillers. Boilers 1200 HURST and two 600 C&B fire tube boilers, 3 I/R air compressors, water treatment with NALCO. R/O and softeners, low /high pressure and chemical pumping systems, 3-well houses with chlorine injection. Insure that MI/PSM/RMP is complaint, energy conservation, over see projects and manage weekly spend.HACCP/QA.

Oversee Maintinance team and to insure smooth running production in all plants and that there needs are met in a timley manner, Create and put into place a PM/predictive maintinance program for the team. Rounds and repair in all ERs. Create a safe and informed inviroment for the team members.
