I am a self-motivated military veteran with extensive leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills, and a strong drive for service. While maintaining a professional attitude, I also have exceptional experience in communication, risk management, and lowest-tier conflict resolution. I have three years of Information and Computer Technology experience in technician and helpdesk roles at my current organization in addition to eight years of personal education in computer and networking areas, applied to both home and workplace offices to facilitate ease of access and job completion efficiency.
