Currently involved in the development and construction of a new 50 key Boutique Hotel in the historic city of Old San Juan, San Juan, Puerto Rico. I am working with the owners and operators of the first "Life House" Hotel, owned by Z Huas,LLC, a young and upcoming REIT development company from Miami. My rolls and duties will be to develop, execute and control the Project initiation and planning, Project integration, Execution, Monitor and control processes. 18 years in Hospitality Renovation and Project ManagementProject integration, planning, design coordination, procurement, execution and control of severalprojects in Puerto Rico and North America.Four years as Project Manager for Multidisciplinary A/E firmspecializing in cruise terminal design, residential communities, commercial and hospitality design, project leader and coordinator, field monitor and control. Prior to 2001, 4 years coordinating pre-cast concrete design, manufacturing, and installation for a major construction company on the island. Master Degree in Architecture/ BS Environmental Design.
