A dedicated and resourceful construction professional focused on creating and managing effective teams of industry professionals necessary to deliver facilities that achieve their real estate needs. Having worked for general contractor/construction management firms for 30 years, my experience spans all facets of the construction delivery process including on a wide range of new construction and renovation projects including historical restorations. Proactive planning, creative problem solving and keen attention to detail have been the foundation of a career that embraces the pursuit of excellence. Most of these years were focused on construction management projects getting involved early on to assist clients build effective teams, develop their design, gain project entitlements, manage budgets & schedules, oversee the construction phase and ultimately product delivery. Always leading by example, each team’s success was the result of putting people in positions to excel and managing them to clear expectations.These experiences have subsequently been used in an owner representative role for the development and renovation of various MLG and third-party capital improvement projects in the commercial, industrial and residential markets, asset evaluations and asset management for investors. Additional roles includes managing new business park development as well as providing development services expertise for Point Real Estate on both developed and undeveloped residential properties and providing strategic planning and operational management for the Point Real Estate residential and multi-family brokerage teams.
