I am responsible for providing surveillance of manufacturing systems and processes at the contractor’s resident facility. I pro-actively monitor deliverables and generate a monthly metric to the Contract Management Office (CMO). I generate delay notices and determine the root causes for the delay. Perform contract administrative functions for the CMO through the Defense Contract Managements Agency’s e-tools. I perform MOCAS data integrity; update contractor history reports; production complete records and various other functions in MOCAS. Apply knowledge of contract law to perform daily duties and ensure supplier interactions are consistent with Federal Acquisition Regulations and practices. I Access various electronic databases; such as, Electronic Document Workflow, Wide Area Work Flow, Shared Data Warehouse, Electronic Document Access and Reveal, to perform research and analysis on deliverables being monitored. I successfully performed review of Over & Above work; requested by the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) to verify that contractor cost is reasonable and IAW with Federal Acquisition Regulations. I performed physical progress reviews IAW published instructions and established baselines that were previously non-existent for several mature programs, which earned high praise from my first line supervisor and the ACO. Performed Contract Receipt & Review on all new contracts and modifications assigned in e-tools. . I provided written status reports on contractor state of affairs during contract labor negotiations and disputes to the CMO. Coordinated meetings with the western region office to obtain detailed guidance on physical progress reviews and attended meetings with the contractor pertaining to Material Manufacturing and Accounting Systems review.
