Responsibilities; • Short Iodide Titration Method -Determination of all elements/compounds of interestas per the analysis schedule in samples from copperConcentrators, Leach, Solvent extraction (SX), Electro-wining Plants and Mining and geology as per laid downprocedures. • Operation of the AAS, XRF, ICP, OES, andelectrogravimetric kit. • Conducts routine analysis ofcopper in plant feeds and concentrates samples.Preparations and standardisation of chemical reagents.• Cleaned and removed biohazard waste and inventorywithin laboratory to comply with health and safetyregulations. Perform any other work as instructed bythe supervisor.

Key Responsibilities~Ensuring that all copper concentrate samples received are logged in the Laboratory Information Management system (LIMS) and prepared within agreed turnaround times.~Ensuring that sampling procedures are followed and adhered to.~Ensuring that sample buckets/containers are properly labeled and sealed.~Ensuring that both autosamplers for copper concentrates are cleaned.~Ensuring that all samples are signed for by sample preparers upon delivering them to the sample preparation section of the Laboratory.~Report any anomaly that may arise in sampling of copper concentrates to the responsible chemist,~Report any malfunction of the sampling equipment to the relevant authorities.~Carrying out any other task as assigned by the C.~Working co-operatively;~Being open and honest;~Maintaining of Good House KeepingUpholding Safety~Encouraging two-way communications.~Attending daily team toolbox meetings.~Act in line with Company goals and values.

My Key Responsibilities.~To approve incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests;~Monitor packaging, code dating, and labeling of product to reduce customer returns, prevent production errors and save company money.~Preparing the inoculums, culture, and also to check the fermentation progress of the product until it reaches the required pH,~Inspecting the cooking and fermentation vessels and make sure that they are all clean before use.~Rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.~Preserving, flavoring the products and ensuring that the correct quantities of the recipes are used in a batch.~Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.~Validate, calibrate and monitor machine operation used within departmentincluding thermometers, weigh scales, refractomerters, and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities: ~To monitor and ensure that water quality and sewer effluent meet the set standards. ~Ensuring the quality of water supplied meets the drinking water specifications. ~Ensuring good quality of chemicals and reagents are procured through an established certification and acceptance procedure. ~Preparation of standard laboratory solutions. ~Coordinate collection of water samples from districts and within the district. Carrying out emergency water quality analysis and advises corrective action measures. ~Ensure that all water quality records and reports are kept. Physical, Chemical, Bacteriological Analysis of clean water and Bod test on waste water. Carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by senior officials. ~Check the efficiency of free residue chlorine at the water treatment plant.
