Manages the day-to-day operations of commercial & residential plumbing services; including overseeing a team responsible for delivering world class service, and productivity. Develop and deliver solutions to continuously improve quality, reduce recalls and operating costs, increase efficiencies, and improve overall operationsOversees and directs project management processes and standardsProvide and apply a current understanding of industry best practices, supplier network capabilities and trends to team members.Evaluate, improve and establish SOP’s and KPI’s that align with best practices.Develop/utilize reporting tools that help drive ownership decisions, resolving potential roadblocks before they occur.Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, managing an environment of zero safety incidents; assuring the entire company embraces a culture of safetyOversee budget, forecast and reconciliation activities. Provide input and support efforts to develop annual and strategic operating plans.Participate in and drive corporate strategy/business planning.Accountable for driving lean initiatives throughout the various operations to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented.Drives a culture of accountability and results through strategy deployment and effective performance management.Mentor and manage direct staff and oversee talent development initiatives.Provide strategic and hands on tactical, daily leadership around production, distribution, & quality.Develop and implement manufacturing strategy and identify areas for operational and process improvement.Minimize cost of production through labor efficiency, continuous improvement projects and the application of technology in operations processes.
