• Participation in a mandatory training of trainers provided as part of the project, covering topics of access to finance for Farmer Associations (FAs) and best practices in financial management; • Provide timely diagnostic services and financial management consultancy for the Farmer Associations assigned in the framework of the project. In particular: • Carry out a diagnostic study for the assigned Farmer Association.• Build the capacity of Farmer Associations in financial management skills; • Coach assigned Farmer Associations in designing a business plan (for loan application), where applicable; • As part of a team, conduct resolution missions of financial issues among FAs.• Work closely with other project advisors, in a spirit of exchange and mutual support.
