Our Facility provides one of a kind custom data collection solutions, test facilities, and capabilities for government, academia, and private industry. Our capabilities include heat exchanger testing, supercritical CO2 systems, molten salts, thermal energy storage, small scale solar thermal testing, and pilot scale testing utilizing our concentrating solar power tower with multiple test platforms. We are a world leader in concentrating solar technologies and thermal testing with experts in multiple fields.

I helped to coach our new products team on the implementation of the Agile mindset, and deliver our products to market in half the time. In this role I supported our commercial premium brands, Central Coast, Washington premium wineries, and our new world import portfolio from New Zealand and Argentina. During this time our team launched over 26 new products to Market. Offerings included Apothic Brew and Apothic Red Sparkling. As well as first to market products like Prophecy Wine in Cans, and Apothic Red in Aluminum Bottles.

As a production engineer in bottling, we are the continuous improvement leader of a production line group. Our main role is to facilitate problem solving, using Lean and Six Sigma approaches to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and produce a quality product for our customers. In my 3 years in bottling our line team increased our capacity by 1MM cases per year. While also expanding our operational capabilities across 13 automated high speed bottling lines. Along with day to day operations, we are also charged with being the line group SME for larger Engineering projects and equipment installation and start up. Ensuring that new equipment meets our quality standards. During this time I lead the successful start up and qualification of 5 equipment centers, and supported two major production line redesigns.
