From 1996 I managed the businesses of the Norton Folgate Capital Group together with a small, high value personal client base. During the 20 years of my tenure the team completed over half of a billion pounds worth of asset finance, structured asset finance, HNWI finance and professional practice loans. I have personally completed many significant transactions over the past several years with a strong focus on structured debt and higher value leases.

Whilst one of the Norton Folgate companies was in the ownership of General Capital Group Plc I occupied the position of Managing Director - Asset Finance within the enlarged group. I successfully grew the volumes and deal flow of the division by over 300% in 9 months whilst maintaining sustainable margins and improving net return on capital employed to 4%p.a. whilst improving bad debt provisions and reducing operating costs as a percentage of the portfolio. Acted as consultant to the main group board.
