Monitor data center environmental equipment such as PDU,UPS,CRAC chiller units, fire safetyand generators with the use of Racknet. Support the user community performing Help Desk functions such as connectivity issuesand using Active Directory to unlock user ids, reset passwords. Contacting the Mainframe,UNIX,Windows,Network,Security, and other groups for support as needed for system problems.Making suggestions for revisions to the CA7 and Autosys batch schedules.Assisting in the resolution of job failures and job restarts. Performing the creation of management reports involving the nightly cycles.Following guidelines and documents needed to meet Service Level Agreements.
