During the last twenty-one, Mr. Kelley has concentrated on applying his construction management experience to the surety consulting industry. This involves, among other things, the evaluation of the financial health of distressed construction companies, the financial deficiencies for fulfilling the requirements of the bonded obligations, and the coordination of overseeing the fulfillment of the financial obligations. Mr. Kelley has also assisted sureties in pursuing claims throughout the United States against accountants for negligence and other causes of actions.

Grant Aviation is the largest Part 135 operation in the state of Alaska. We fly 9 seat aircraft to remote villages where there are no roads. Our fleet consist of 52 aircraft and we serve approximately 20,000 passengers a month. We carry approximately 19 million pounds of mail (mostly supplies, medicine, and food products). We also serve 16 communites as an Essential Air Service provider for the DOT to allow these small villages to have access to air service.
