In college, as an Economics major, Mr. Kempner was an intern for two summers at Robert K. Futterman & Associates where he landed a job in 2011-12 after getting his degree from University of Rhode Island. In this beginner position he was able to start building relationships with a number of New York City Landlords, Tenants and brokerage firms. During that time he connected with ABS.
