I am a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, brokerage, and appraisal capacities. I have advised many organizations providing specialties in the acquisition and disposition of all types of investment and owner-user properties, including NNN, medical, office, retail, industrial and multi-family. I am also experienced in sale-leaseback transactions, development or redevelopment opportunities, repositioning of assets and leasing of all product types. I have represented local, regional, and national tenants, owner-users and/or investors in achieving their real estate objectives. In an asset management capacity, I participated in the strategic management of the company including asset management, property operations, contract reviews, acquisitions & dispositions, and risk management.Prior to my time in commercial real estate, I held both C-level and Executive level positions from Startup to Fortune 500 companies. With a financial/operations background I managed all facets of operations including Strategic Business Planning and Implementation, Performance Optimization, P&L Management, Contract Negotiations, VC Funding, Acquisitions-Mergers-Partnerships, Customer Relations, and Strategic Alliances throughout my career. My principal roles have been to stabilize, rebuild and maintain organizational functions. Leader in conceptualizing, developing, and implementing business strategies and a motivator in getting teams to buy in toward common goals. I was empowered to develop missions, visions, and business plans to focus business on core competencies and position them for growth.
