Developed business strategies/plans, led capture management activities, managed proposal efforts, and represented the company at community events. Proposed and developed future positioning strategies to achieve business growth objectives. Managed customer relationships for pre-proposal development of new opportunities and developed concepts for customer solution sets in capability mission areas. Acted as the primary interface with the customer(s) and to senior management in planning and executing programs. Responsible for capture strategy, budget, and schedule as well as technical performance of programs. Developed performance plans and evaluations of employees, including subordinate supervisors as well as reviews/evaluations to assure equity of individual employee performance objectives, standards, and ratings among lower-level staff/groups. Acted as Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, and Volume lead as required for contract capture activities. Responsible for management of company programs/projects in four different states, totaling 100+ employees. Managed contracts including capabilities in Logistics/Lifecycle Management, Software Development using Agile processes, Systems Engineering, Network administration , IT installation, QA/QC of IT infrastructure, and Test and Evaluation. Experienced with JCIDs processes and procurement.

Responsible for capture strategy, budget, and schedule as well as technical performance of these programs and also interface with senior executives of other product lines to help develop roadmaps to capture new work.
