The overall objective of the consultancy is to develop a ready to implement ICM strategy that will strengthen the information and communication management capabilities of Women of Uganda Network (WOUGNET) and her member organizations. The over all objectives are to come up with: (1) Fully elaborated three year information and communication management (ICM) strategy (2)The Strategy Implementation Plan (SIP) that is; proposals for the establishment of an ICM learning, monitoring and evaluation system for WOUGNET.
