He guides transactions through the merger review process at the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. He builds industry coalitions and seeks administrative and congressional action. And he counsels clients on compliance issues, investigations, and consumer protection issues. Rob's clients include name-brand public companies in the media and telecommunications sectors, large integrated healthcare providers, national retailers, trade associations, and leading global life sciences and technology companies.

Rob was an on-air personality at WRFL for four years, and during that time he also worked as Public Service Director and Production Director for the station.
