I am experienced in the senior management of complex workplace health care settings and supervision of clinical staff, credentials through ANCC as Family Nurse Practitioner, and ABOHN as Occupational Health Nurse. The bulk of experiences are primarily in the clinical role as Nurse Practitioner delivering acute care and management acute injury and illness, occupational health surveillance, ergonomic evaluation, workers compensation and disability management. My work experiences extend across diverse environments and healthcare modalities from industrial safety-health care, industrial hygiene consultation, various commercial and healthcare industries. I have strong experience and skill-base with OSHA and safety compliance surveillance reporting, basic research published and presentations were for practice improvement aligned with Evidence-base evidence fostering practice improvement interventions, policy, and innovative procedure restructuring and composition. Some of my ancillary skills include research and conduct of occupational hearing conservation, including the designation of a Course Director for Hearing Conservation collaborating with Audiology and Physician specialists to deliver instruction for hearing test technicians, use of computer-aided healthcare systems, and EHRs for both Occupational Health specialty and Primary Care. I have strong Healthcare Case management experience including COVID-19 Contact Tracing management and supervision of other COVID-19 case managers needed for 'best in class' outcomes.
