As the Assistant Golf Professional I am responsible for both recruiting and coaching our Junior base at Olton Golf Club.I also offer One to One tailored lessons and packages to suit all ages and levels of ability.Within the golf shop I help order and merchandise stock and offer a professional golfing service to all of our members and visitors.

My job role as a sales advisor covers seeking new leads that can be converted into members.For the last year i have been overseeing the the sales department which has included setting targets for the sales team, organising outreach events and also helping the marketing team with advertisements over social media platforms and other areas to attract more revenue to the business.

The job role includes general golf operations within the pro shop, selling equipment and booking tee times. As well as this I'm also the golf society coordinator which involves connecting with existing society organisers and helping with advertising to reach new clients to bring new business in to the company through golf days.
