Senior Official responsible responsible for tactical and strategic data management for the DHS Mission Support and Management Domain within DHS Headquarters / Management Directorate. Portfolio includes data and systems maturation and integration strategy, data governance and stewardship, advanced analytics and driving culture of data-driven decision-making. Representative on multiple executive-level steering committees, which pertain to the development of new theories, concepts, standards, methods, and policies for maturing and integrating the department’s mission support, business and administrative functions, including the CDO Data Governance Committee. Leads multiple executive governance bodies chartered to develop policies and guidelines for implementing government and agency wide regulations around data management and stewardship and IT systems investments and modernizations.

Responsible for the tactical and strategic planning and oversight of the DHS Chief Readiness Support Officer’s asset management systems maturation and integration strategy, which accounts for the Department’s multi-billion dollar, global asset portfolio. Representative on multiple executive-level steering committees, which pertain to the development of new theories, concepts, standards, methods, and policies for maturing and integrating the department’s Management lines of business. Leads an executive steering committee chartered to develop policies and guidelines for implementing government and agency wide regulations around IT systems investments and modernizations. Currently also the program manager responsible for managing all SDLC / agile-based activities associated with the successful deployment and operationalization of the DHS enterprise Asset Management and Portfolio Information System, which exceeds $5 million dollars in annual IT services and spans multiple projects.

Served as an elected executive board member to include 2-years as Chapter President of a 400 person industry association chapter. Served on the executive board for a total of five years. Responsible for membership, education curriculum, budget, chapter activities, and awards. Recognized and awarded as National and Eastern Region Chapter of the Year while serving as President.

Served as a senior consultant and enterprise architect within the Oracle Systems practice. Primarily supported a financially Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Versed in BPMN and UML as an enterprise architect and process engineer. Lead the design, integration, testing and Conference Room Pilot (CRP) of the initial system’s modules.

While supporting the Department of Justice’s Tobacco Litigation Team, responsible for the management, controls and inventory of all subpoenaed evidence. Specifically developed standard operating procedures, designed the electronic system of record, and established policies for the storage, review, and inventory of the body of evidence while managing approximately a dozen paralegals and analysts.
