In this dynamic role, I am at the forefront of steering the successful execution of micro-tunneling operations, overseeing all aspects of the tunneling operations to ensure its seamless advancement.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Project Leadership:-Spearheading the comprehensive planning and execution of micro-tunneling activities, continuously optimizing strategies for enhanced project efficiency.-Leading a skilled team of technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.2. Operational Optimization:-Implementing innovative solutions to continually optimize micro-tunneling operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely project progression.-Proactively addressing challenges and adapting strategies to maintain operational efficiency throughout the ongoing project phases.3. Quality Control and Assurance:-Enforcing rigorous quality control measures to uphold project specifications and industry standards.-Conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.4. Supervising general laborers on site.

Assist in preparing engineering-related calculations, design drawings, specifications, and visual aids. Assist with fieldwork (e.g., groundwater and soil sampling, remediation system operations, site inspections). Collect and enter data and apply technical principles and theories to assist in interpreting and analyzing data. Review contractor submittals for adherence to technical specifications on construction projects.
