Hi my name is Robert. I'm a self-educated BIM Specialist, with a strong passion for Architecture and Parametric modeling. I've been working for an Architectural Engineering Consultant firm for more than 2 years. Currently I'm a BIM Specialist focusing on providing software-based technical skills for AEC firms, in order to increase their productivity and make them future-proof.Core competencies and Technological Skills: As a BIM Specialist, I understand the importance of advanced knowledge in BIM modeling. This includes expertise in 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination to ensure accurate representation of building designs and minimize conflicts during the construction process.I'm experienced dealing with medium / large scale commercial projects, in terms of point cloud processing and BIM modeling as well. ( MEP + HVAC systems )I am skilled in integrating models into Digital Twin systems, facilitating building management and maintenance processes.Furthermore, my ability to provide guidance, support, and training to team members on BIM software and workflows is key to ensuring the successful implementation of BIM processes. My ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and focus on details are necessary for project success. Additionally, my expertise in creating high-quality renders and leveraging point cloud data analysis further enhances my capabilities as a BIM Specialist, supporting marketing initiatives and identifying and resolving deviations in the construction process.Experienced with the following softwares:ArchiCad ( Param-o ), Revit ( Dynamo ), Bentley Microstation, SketchUp, BlenderHere are some accomplishments I am most proud of:- In 1 year, we managed to deliver 8 international projects in the food-beverage process industry, assisting to grow their production volume.- Our new pipe routing workflow, increased our efficiency by 60% in the previous projects. We switched from Bentey Microstation to ArchiCad MEP modeler.- I managed to give my colleagues Autodesk Revit training in Family creation and IFC translation.- Supporting Architectural firms with practical BIM software and project management skills.
