Overseeing applications and systems for Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, Engineering, Manufacturing and a few others for Pactiv Evergreen

Responsible for Manufacturing systems (SAP), Warehousing (SAP), Supply Chain Systems (JDA Demand, Fulfillment, S&OP), Transportation, Freight Payment, Research & Development Groups, Engineering, Environmental, Health and Safety.Functions also include creating and approving capital requests, managing roadmap of operation systems and projects and implementing current systems into new acquisitions or implementing new functionality across our current locations.Responsible for Pactiv's MDO team. Within Pactiv, all material, standard costs and customer master data new, edits or deletions flow within thru the MDO group. Team of 10 folks. Spent 2016 working with team to increase speed and quality of SAP master data (materials). Currently have team working on improving standard cost processes and next will be customer data and cross training the entire team.Currently leading the IT portion of a major Digital Supply Network project for Pactiv. Project is concentrated on the Supply Chain systems. 2+ year project managing new systems using my current team, staff augmentation resources and consultants.
