Manage multiple Transitional Care and Rehab centers covering six states; facilities management has included buildings in Las Vega, Utah, Montana, Idaho. Responsible for compliance with State Licensure, NFPA, CMS Federal and CMS Life Safety Regulations. Budgetary compliance, monitoring, and expenditures for plant operations, including refurbishment interior and exterior of the facilities. Management of new hires for plant directors, auditing of facilities for compliance with Kindred standards of care and customer service expectations. Emergency resource for operations of facilities to minimize interruption to services. Manage property inspections for investors, lease groups, and transitional agents. Annual budgeting for physical year operations, planned improvements; management of facility asset acquisition and disposal process. Continually review management process; participate in implementation of new opportunities to elevate process.
