As a CSR/Concierge Agent, I'm in charge of the front desk at numerous business buildings across the loop in Chicago. I have the learned the front desk operating methods of over eight buildings my company has contracts with. I am familiar with several different computer login systems, the tenants, as well as property management for each building. I am responsible for checking people in for their appointments/meetings, giving directions, keeping track of how many people entered the building, and working with property management.
