Medivance researched, developed, clinically validated, manufactured and marketed two new patient temperature management product platforms. In the process, hundreds of thousands of patients have been treated and benefited from the use of temperature as a therapeutic tool. In November, 2011 Medivance was acquired by C.R. Bard for $260M (6 x 2011 revenue)

I led the acquisition process and directed the clinical and regulatory approval process in Europe and the United States (PMA). Directed all commercial, technical and operating activities during market launch and integration into Valleylab.
