Expending contacts within Naval Warfare Development Command (NWDC), US Coast Guard, USSOUTHCOM, JIATF South and 4th FLEET to garner support and funding to develop a prototype, demonstrate and establish a program.• Project Management of the demonstrations of Lynx SAR/MTI Block 20A with MWAS during MIW/FP and USWEET 2013.• Domestic Programs to provide Air and Marine Operations Center software that will allow connectivity with the four operational CBP MQ-9 sites for the flow of data, fusion and production.• Established and received funding to provide ISR support to USSOUTHCOM, 4th FLEET and JIATF South for the Joint High Speed Vessel (JHSV) deployment by USS Spearhead. • Program Manager of NGA Repeater Demonstration and Experiment responding to JUONS and FRAGO from OEF Afghanistan. Two week demonstration completed with manned and unmanned systems, and maintained 20% under IRAD budget. Results provided evidence that MQ-1 and MQ-9 can satisfy the theater collection requirements against Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR).• Coordinated the two demonstrations of Lynx SAR capabilities in the Maritime Domain during two DOD experiments that will expand the mission collection opportunities for MQ-1 and MQ-9.• Managed and executed the transfer of 2009-2011 sensor data from the flooding of the central United States to USGS for inclusion into national databases and fusion into national products. • Provided company software to USGS to allow expedited and processed Lynx SAR data into USGS and national collection systems and programs. Provided onsite training and CONOPS to USGS management and analysts for future first responders, domestic, 911 and disaster evolutions. • Managed and conducted several OT&E demonstrations for customers prior to receiving the latest sensor systems. Managed planning and execution of budget, operations, logistics, manpower and analysis.• Delivered latest generation radar to CBP to expand sensor capabilities and target acquisition. Provided onsite CONOPS, TTP, ATO considerations, FAA COA planning, Target Deck development, ISR processing and mission training to command and crews.• Conduct business development with perspective customers and partnerships with subcontracts. Finalizing contract negotiations with DOD Service, Integration Test Center and Weapons Test Facility to partner on a large scope of OT&E, exercises, demonstrations and proof of concept for numerous government, academic and country specific customers.

• Manage Operations Leaders, Sensor Operators, Image Analysts and Radar Technicians pre-deployment, deployment, schedules, logistics, customer requirements, manpower and resourcing for 8 world-wide customer locations supporting USAF/UK, US Army, DHS/CBP and Italian Air Force programs totaling over $24 million a year. • In less than four years, expanded operations from 1 site and 1 individual worldwide to 8 sites and 27 personnel deployed CONUS and OCONUS.• Produced CONOPS and TTP’s for improved employment of platforms and sensors to satisfy customer requirements, Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP) and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR). • Provided on-site management and analysis/decision support of ADHOC customer requirements during DHS/FEMA 2008 & 2009 Hurricane Support Operations, 2009-2011 North Dakota/Minnesota Red River Flooding Operations, 2011 Missouri and Mississippi River National Air Space (NAS) collections (US Army • Corps of Engineers, NOAA and USGS) and the Secretary of Defense directed 2007 Theater Collection Manager and Targeting Meeting at Al Faw Palace, Baghdad, Iraq (only contractor invited and in attendance). • Directed and recommend plan of action and milestones on schedules, logistics, staffing, administration and operations of existing and emerging requirements. • Provide detailed data, metrics and reports to senior management highlighting platform/sensor results, milestones, and oversight which added to mission success.• Developed and conducted time-sensitive training for NAVAIR, USAF, UK, Iraqi Air Force.
