Records repositories created and validated using Business SMEs and data dictionaries and records guides created to aid in future inquiries. Hired and oversaw team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and DBAs.For a major Bank based in New York:Oversight of cloud adoption project for a major business segment, their first major cloud based application using AWS. This includes hiring and oversight of Cloud Architects and Engineers, interface with the client from Managing Director level and downwards, and ongoing program planning and review.
