Responsible for the following subject areas:• Development of a comprehensive CONOPS including Land, Maritime & Security Aviation in order to inform the RFP process for equipment acquisition and capability enhancement.• A detailed national C2 review in order to achieve an architecture fit for purpose and optimising operational effectiveness.• In tandem with CONOPS development, work was also initiated on core Standard Operating Procedures and the identification of the Tactics, Techniques & Procedures needed to ensure effective Land Border Management within the differing operating environments.Despite significant initial achievements in ensuring successful delivery of projects by suppliers and acting as the ‘intelligent customer’, all 14 team member contracts were terminated at short notice following the death of the Crown Prince and a change in the internal management structure.
