I am a neurodivergent that is focused and always strives to deliver quality clean code. I value thoroughness over speed, and my pragmatic personality allows me to always adopt what's best fit for the project rather than what is new and exciting. I have 18 years experience wearing all sorts of hats of responsibility, working with all kinds of technologies and products. I know a lot about the CRM industry from my time working with Saleslogix, and over the last 7 years I've developed my Java proficiency. I adapt to tools very easily and can fit into a team and use its existing operating procedures without causing waves, but I will also voice opinions if I think something I know might benefit the team. I work best on long term projects, I'm the jack of all trades that tends to dislike hoping around quickly but rather building a knowledge of the domain that I can share with other people. My Autistic superpower is getting to know a system domain in its entirety that I then have at a moment's recall, and being able to hyperfocus on a solution.
