The main field of our business is to provide recruitment services from Eastern Europe for different clients in Europe. * Planning, implementation and management of all HR activities of the company in Slovakia (training, recruitment, compensation and benefits, expat administration, internal communication)* Working with external agents, business leaders and leadership team to anticipate and understand business challenges and ensure that where appropriate, suitable HR solutions are developed and implemented* Represent the company on local HR conferences* Market analysis, setting up the business strategy, reporting* Team leadership, Initiate and support continuous improvement activities of all co-operating agencies.* Reports checks, propose action plans, improve effectiveness

* Lead a team of warehouse operatives cca 150 people* Ensure the Client’s standards are maintanted wihthin my team * Assist with the development of all staff to achieve the Client’s objectives and targets set* Ensure that client’s requirements are met on time, to their specifications, within their out-loading times, and to report to Shift Manager / Senior Management. * Ensure all team understand and follow Company Health and Safety rules.* Ensure all operatives understand their targets and provide feedback on team performance * Co-ordinates monthly payroll closing and regular payroll check* Plant and process layout for next seasons* Perform analysis of performance and process alternatives* Follow defined methodology and standards including preparation and maintenance of documentation for all stages of development work* Manage all internal / external administrative issues and follow-ups* Provide performance reports based on Transaction Lead instructions* Achieve client‘s satisfaction, business objectives and operational efficiency
