• Responsible for the cash-out and balancing process of all cashiers within the resort
• Assist with any Siriusware Sales issue a cashier may be experiencing
• Troubleshoot and correct and problems cashiers may have within the cashout procedure
• Verify, audit and prepare cash floats for cashiers from a $40K safe

• Provide excellent service to guests visiting the resort with a positive and outgoing attitude
• Maintain all paperwork coinciding with setups and breakdowns, as well lift maintenance logs
• Responsible for proper scheduling of all outside employees
• Maintain proper lift etiquette as well as proper safety protocols for all staff and guests

• Supervise 12 cashiers to ensure the correct process is followed in maintaining cash drawers and assisting guests into appropriate programs
• Troubleshoot any problems with cash-out procedure with any issues that may arise
• Assist guest with finding a resolution to any issues that may arise in a Guest Service fashion
• Assist guests in the registration and reservation process
• Train new cashiers in using the Siriusware Sales program to ensure efficient and accurate sales
