Since 2002, Bob has been successfully helping both buyers and sellers in Kane, Dupage and Kendall counties with one of of their biggest financial and personal decisions: where is their family going to live. A resident of the Fox Valley since 1994, his in depth knowledge of the local communities has been a tremendous asset to his clients. He understands value and listens to his clients to understand what is most important to them in making those decisions. He always put the concerns of his client as his number one priority and provides to all the same care and respect that he would to one of his own family.From 2009 to 2015, while continuing to maintain his arms length residential business, Bob represented the interests of a large private equity group in Kane, Kendall, Dekalb, McHenry, Will and Dupage counties. His responsibilities included the acquisition, construction oversight and marketing/sales for close to 150 properties across those counties. His extensive background in construction budgeting, permitting, design, etc, has allowed him to continue to advise investors with interests in those areas.Since moving to EXP Realty in the fall of 2016, Bob has enjoyed being a part of the growth of this dynamic organization from less than 2000 agents to over 16,000 as of January 2019, now the largest single brokerage in the US.
