I am focused on representing companies developing new wireless technologies, fixed and mobile wireless service providers, satellite earth station vendors, and satellite system operators. I help these companies to develop a regulatory strategy; to obtain appropriate FCC and other governmental authorizations; to understand and comply with the FCC’s spectrum allocation and technical rules; and where needed, to obtain waivers or changes to the rules. I have actively participated in numerous spectrum proceedings, including unlicensed operations in the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands, and licensed operations in the 2.5 GHz, 3.55 – 3.7 GHz (CBRS), 3.7 – 4.2 GHz (C-band), 10 GHz, and millimeter wave bands.
