Negotiate contracts with clients. COST: Analyze and estimate both sheet metal and piping projects. Effectively and efficiently buy a project out with vendors and subcontractors. Forecast projected job costs relating to the project schedule, manpower loading, equipment and material cost to date. DESIGN: Design and implement schemes. Develop an engineering scope of work for proposed projects including detailed computer drawings, schedules, and pricing. MILITARY EXPERIENCE Served in the United States Marine Corp. for four years as Plane Captain.
