Houston Offshore Deep Water Operations

Over the last 2 years I've worked in Houston WL4 for BP Operations supporting the Reliability Maintenance Team identifying and developing maintenance strategies for the offshore maintenance teams. My primary role was interface between Onshore Houston and Offshore Gulf of Mexico. As a Hub Interface Team Lead I coached and mentored the offshore maintenance.

BP Mad Dog Gulf Of Mexico

I joined the BP Mad Dog project at the onset of construction, as an Operations and Maintenance Planner. Primary role was to identify and develop preventive maintenance procedures for the top side equipment. I was part of the operations readiness team and after sail out, became part of the hook-up and commissioning team. I promoted to Maintenance Team.

Coughlin Power Station / Tech Power Station

I joined Cleco as a Power Plant Operator, within 5 years I had promoted to Maintenance Supervisor, primary role was to develop and mentor a best in class maintenance team responsible for the day to day and long term maintenance activities of electrical, instrument, and mechanical equipment at 2 of Cleco’s largest power generation plants.
