Bob is the founder of Kroll Capital, he is an experienced merger and acquisition advisor to corporations, private equity funds, family offices, and executives in transition. He is involved in sourcing and negotiating transactions and maintaining relations with corporations, investors, and financial institutions. He seeks sell-side advisory engagements, evaluates growth investments, recapitalizations, and financing across multiple industries, including highly engineered manufacturing, value added distribution, and business services. Bob has advised on and exited from multiple companies, and has over 30 years of domestic and international, executive operating experience. He has served on multiple boards, working with companies in many industries, including distribution, niche manufacturing and industrial services. He has extensive manufacturing experience with instrumentation, sensors, systems, and software for the aerospace, automotive, defense, industrial and agriculture industries. He is a member of ACG, AM&AA, AUVSI, NCMA and NDIA. He has a BA from Concordia University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, was trained in Investment Banking, and has a Series 65 license.
