technical & operational support in core business - mainly data management (collection, processing, analysis, segmentation of users, reporting & building dashboards), apps' set up, work with surveys, emailing platform, Wordpress, Django, etc.

- designing and developing SQL functions and scripts used for optimalization and automatization in data interchange and solving problems in data systems- reporting on core business data, general data processing and maintaining data quality using SQL and Python- responsible for campaign targeting and its technical preparation, customization, business analysis etc.- adjustment and development of scoring algorithms and technical tools used for campaign targeting

- collecting, analyzing and reporting on data for internal and external customers- undertaking detailed analysis of the data and providing executive comments and improvement actions to business leaders- creation and review of reports or metrics required to support on-going business activities- translating business requirements into SQL logic that can be applied in data warehouse and used for reporting- proactive seeking of service enhancement, suggesting improvements based on data analysis

- assistance with daily, weekly and monthly reports for customers- reporting of performance and ad hoc custom reporting
