• Forecast capability and align the region’s scheduling, funding, engineering design and workforce forecasts which includes extensive analysis to forecast work supply and demand vs. resource constraints, to track towards programmatic goals, to maintain and validate work inventories across programs and projects, and to work with other departments, including Cost Management and Engineering, to create ongoing prospective unit-based estimates.• Use program and project plans developed by Project Management/Program Owners to communicate feasibility based on resource availability.• Develop monthly capability plan based on hours, units and crews at the program and section level for consumption by Construction/Operations team or any other interested party • Work with other Program Project Planners to develop intra-regional work plan execution and capability recommendations in light of available resources, changing priorities, funding and goals.• Use real time program and project progress to project remaining work plan and capability impact at the section level• Incorporate historical data, budget constraints projected contingencies into long-term resource forecast• Utilize performance based metrics to derive Program/Project CWES and create visibility over budget/resource performance• Utilize data analytics software to identify business trends and communicate work plan adherence

• Budget Planning and Forecasting: Facilitate partner preparations for the integrated planning process by defining schedules and preparing required documents.• Analyze and interpret monthly variances and trends between budget, actual and prior results in developing projections and forecasts.• Develop, maintain and report key departmental metrics in areas of Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting.• Present high-quality, professional business insights at appropriate levels across the organization – from front-line to executive leadership; communicate performance, make recommendations, and enable important decision-making around top initiatives in the results-focused organization
