Currently and proudly holding the position as head of operations at Tamro.Also running a company Kusén Consulting AB even though the activities will be down to a minimum the coming years to focus on my role at Tamro.KUSÉN consulting AB is Robert Kusén, a manager, lean leader and trainer who has experience from leadership and change on all management levels in several types of organizations. The last 7 years Robert was the vice president for SSAB with the role to lead the lean transformation in the global company with about 15000 employees.In 2008 Robert received a prize and scholarship from the Swedish King Carl XVI Gustaf for young leadership based on good values defined as courage, caring and the willingness to take action. 2013 Robert released the leadership book "Respect for people" together with his long time mentor Arne Ljung. The book is now translated in both Norwegian and English. Since 2001 Robert has been a highly regarded key note speaker on the topic of true lean and leadership based on "Respect for people".Roberts main training comes from 15 years at Scania and the transformation of the engine assembly as the workshop manager. 3 years as the lean manager for the municipality of Södertälje added to the experience of how lean applies also to the public sector.
