My Responsibilities Include:Ensure that accurate & sufficient documentation exist to meet legal requirements, and to enable authorized persons to determine when, how and by whom the board's business was conducted. I record minutes of meetings, ensuring their accuracy, and availability, proposes policies and practices, submits various reports to the board, maintains membership records, fulfills any other requirements of a Director and Officer, and performs other duties as the need arises and/or defined in the bylaws.

My responsibilities include:Consult with management regarding strategic and operational direction of the Condominium complex.Monitor management performance and reduce complex cost.

Teach students the fundamental of safely operating tractor-trailer equipment over the road and in-yard operation. This instruction required that the student achieve the knowledge that would enable him/herto successfully pass the National CDL qualifications standard examination.

During my tenure as Superintendent of Vehicle Maintenance for the Gateway District of the U.S. Postal Service's Central Region, I was responsible for the overall scheduled maintenance, all vehicle repair facilities and contract maintenance of the seventh largest vehicle fleet in the U.S. Postal Service. I retired after 32 years of federal service.

My last duties prior to discharge were as Motor Transport Chief. These duties covered the responsibility of maintaining the readiness of a communications battalion's vehicles. Prior to this assignment, I held the position as Recruit Drill Instructor at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego.
