Proudly led 560 Air Force Airmen organized into three separate Divisions. I was responsible for all aspects of executing global air cargo operations in hostile environments for the C-5M and C-17 aircraft while overseeing a $103M operating budget. Also responsible for entire airfield to include Air Traffic Control, Radar Approach Control and all airfield.

Baghdad, Iraq

I advised the Iraqi Air Force Commander on best practices for rebuilding the Iraqi Air Force, and I coordinated his Government's purchase of over $1 Billion of United States military equipment and training. I led a diverse team of 5 military members who were subject matter experts in various fields to include fighter, mobility and surveillance aircraft.

Unites States Transportation Command

I led a team of 10 analysts studying various aspects of Department of Defense logistics to include airlift, sealift, trucking and rail movements. I also coordinated with our financial division in determining the operational costs of various logistic solutions in order to provide the Chief Executive Officer cost-informed courses of actions balanced by the.

Joint Base Pearl Harbor, Hickam

Led a 384 member squadron enabling global air mobility throughout the Pacific. The squadron was comprised of aircraft mechanics, aerial port experts and command-and-control section. The squadron's mission was to load, unload and repair C-5, C-17, KC-135, KC-10 and commercial contract aircraft delivering cargo and aerial refueling services to and from Oahu.

I was responsible for performing analysis on various aspects of Air Mobility to include manpower and capability studies which informed planning efforts to support major combat operations against near-peer adversaries. My operational experience as a pilot combined with my degree in Operations Research proved crucial to translate complex mathematical models.

I have culminated over 3,900 flight hours in the T-37 training aircraft as well as the C-5 cargo aircraft. I achieved the highest qualification of flight examiner in each aircraft and have taught hundreds of students in both airframes. I was entrusted to lead a team of up to 20 aircrew members safely flying the C-5 globally sometimes into hostile areas.
