Promoted to Director in 2021 from Senior Manager position, managing headcount for up to 15 associates, in-house and remote. Served as Senior Manager, Business Assurance/ Internal Audit, Central Division Greater Chicago Region and Florida Region, for Comcast NBC Universal. Served in the Performance Excellence team using Lean, Six Sigma process improvement tools in US, UK, Pacific Region and 12 European Countries. I have earned my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications and completed my Lean Master training through Breakthrough Management Group International (BMGI), completing more than a dozen DMAIC projects and 100s of SCORE Kaizen events with sustainable business and financial metrics. I continue to train and mentor associates on Lean tools including, Project Charter development, Stakeholder Analysis, high level process mapping (SIPOC-R), Value Add/ Non-Value Add process identification. I have developed and implemented classroom, on-line and interactive game training modules to educate colleagues on the SCORE methodology, Pull vs. Push Inventory development, Workload balancing, Tact time measurement and Value Stream Mapping. To date I have mentored 16 candidates to their Six Sigma Green Belt and 3 to their Black Belt certifications successfully. I have over 30 years internal, operational, fraud and IT audit experience, managing internal audit groups of up to 20 associates as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) through ISACA. My industry experience spans customer service, retail, telecommunications, travel and leisure, supply chain, back office, call center and personnel management of staff up to 60 associates. For 2016, I developed new Lean and Six Sigma projects to support annual EBITDA cost savings of over $16 million. I continue to train professionals in Lean/ Six Sigma concepts and tools, and facilitate project implementations including full scale DMAIC projects.
