Led 35 person warehouse and logistics operation supporting a $350 million/year manufacturing location. Generated significant annual PPV savings by initiating changes with current vendor base and supplier development initiatives. Overhauled warehouse and and created lean layout and appearance in 3 months, creating 50 thousand plus square feet of space and inventory reduction.
