Clarke & Co. in 2015, where he was 1of 6 former partners to join its newly formed Rates Division as Senior Managing Director and Head of Sales. Over his 20+ year career recognized as a top producer and transformational sales leader, he has been influential in building productive, longstanding relationships amongst the largest and most recognized global-leading names in the industry. In mid-2017, Robert was appointed Co-Head of Global Fixed Income to further StoneX objectives of an expanding Fixed Income footprint, and to ensure visionary product and client growth is realized. He is deeply entrenched in many pivotal areas such as sales force rebranding measures to enhance the firm’s value proposition with clients, new product initiatives, prospect business development and oversees a salesforce covering 7000+ clients worldwide across 16 distinct product lines.
