A solution focused professional.During my career spanning over 20 years in Finance, Treasury, and Consulting, many of them in Shared Services organizations and large Consulting firms, I have focused on making processes more efficient while reducing risks, using different approaches (re-engineering, Six Sigma, cash approach...), depending on the circumstances.In conjunction, I have recommended and implemented the efficient use of technology (from a cost/benefit perspective) as a tool to assist in controlling, reporting, recording, measuring, monitoring, but most importantly, to anticipate events; during the past 9 years focusing on Treasury solutions.My main objective and what I enjoy the most is to assist organizations, and those leading them, to meet or exceed their goals, help in creating their own vision, become a catalyst for change (when required), and implement process or system solutions that can be self-maintained and renewed.
